All orders will be shipped USPS Priority (2-3 Day) mail delivery, unless otherwise requested. We process orders according to your deadline requirements. If we are unable to meet your deadline we will contact you. Lead times vary depending on item availability, quantity, and complexity of an order. Return Policy

At American Trophy and Awards we believe in the quality & care of every order and stand behind the services that we offer. Refunds or replacements are only provided on orders if an error was made on our part or damage occurred during shipment.
