Engraving Policy

Engraving information must be sent via e-mail or fax.  If we have questions about the information sent to us or suggestions about your order we will contact you for clarification. Unless a specific font style is preferred, we will use the a font type and size most appropriate for the item being engraved. We take pride in each and every order and consider your purchase an example of our creativity and reflection of our expertise and workmanship.
 

Engraving Charges

• Trophies - 3 lines free, unless individual names and/or #'s are required. In this case, there will be a .50 per plate charge assessed.
• Laser Engraving (Acrylics, Plaques, Plastic) - .15 per character
• Diamond Tip Engraving ( Metal Plates, Crystal, Glass ) - .20 per character if items purchased from us.
• Items Purchased Other Than From Us - A minimum set up charge of $10.00 plus a .30 per character engraving charge.
• Wine Bottle Engraving - $20.00 for 2 lines. Additional lines $5.00 each.
• Inside Ring Engraving - $25.00 for up to 10 characters. Additional characters .30 each.
• Bible Embossing - $15.00 for one line. Additional lines $5.00 each.

Image Requirements for Logos & Custom Artwork

We can engrave your logo or artwork on almost any item. We require you to send us the artwork or logo in one of the following Black & White file formats.

• EPS
• JPG (High Resolution)
• BMP
• Corel Draw

The quality of the final product depends strongly upon the original file received. For laser engraving of acrylics, plastics and plaques, the minimum, first time, charge for a custom logo or artwork setup is $20.00 and can range as high as $50.00. For glass and crystal engraving the minimum logo charge is $50.00. This is a one-time fee for the formatting process. Laser engraving of the logo or artwork after this initial set up will assess a $3.00 per item charge. Crystal or glass engraving will be a minimum of $5.00 depending on the complexity of the logo.
